Elevator Project Update: Block 100

 

March Elevator has completed all works required for Block 100 in first week of April.  The elevator remains out of service because it is pending inspection and approval from Technical Standard and Safety Authority (TSSA), Ontario’s public safety regulator for Elevating Devices.

 

Due to a system black out in TSSA, their inspectors are not available to do inspection.  Subject to confirmation, a TSSA inspection is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, April 17^th. Once the inspection is done and clear, the elevator will be put back to service.
