BELL Fibre Cable in-suite Installation

Your Board has signed an Access Agreement with BELL to bring Bell-Fiber to Casitas starting Tuesday, May 21, 2024.  100% of this initial group Fibre cable installation cost is covered by BELL.   

This installation does not in any way oblige resident to subscribe to Bell Canada’s services.  Bell Canada will only install the Fibre optic cable in your suite, no other equipment will be added.  There will be no interruptions to your current services.

The representatives of Sentrex Communications / BELL Canada technicians will require access to your unit as per the date set out below. If no one is home, Security will provide suite access and accompany the technician throughout the installation.

The technicians will need access to the existing Bell phone jack (see image) and will be installing a Bell Fibre outlet next to it.  The location of this phone jack varies between townhouses.  It is possible that your unit might have more than one of these phone jacks, but the one Bell will use can be found in the living room for bungalows and usually in the kitchen for multi-story units.  Please remove all furniture in front of the existing phone jack to provide a 4’ clearance.  Since the fibre is a common element, no unit can opt out of this Bell Fibre cable installation.   The amount of time needed per unit is estimated to be between 30 to 40 minutes.
