Bedbugs & What to Do

A bedbug infestation was recently reported in Block-800.  After assessing the situation, we hired a specialized hazard team on behalf of the owner to deal with the problem. A multi-phase process was carried out over several weeks in early March, and it ended with a preventative treatment on March 20, 2024. 

If you discover or suspect bedbugs in your unit, you must  contact the management office immediately. We recommend that residents hire professionals to deal with bedbugs instead of dealing by themselves as this is a very serious matter and must be handled by professionals. A delay in reporting bedbugs can lead to them spreading throughout your and your neighbour units at which point extermination becomes very expensive and could involve furniture removal.
