Keys & Garage Remotes
My remote control for the garage entry is lost or has been stolen. What do I need to do?
You must immediately report lost or stolen entry remotes to the Property Management Office to avoid illegal entry into our community by non-residents. There will be a charge of $40 to replace your remote control.
The exterior gate lock is stuck. What should do?
Contact the Property Manager and a locksmith will be called if we cannot fix the problem ourselves. Weather and age affect the operation of the gates and locks.
Can I change the key lock of my unit?
You may change your lock to the unit as long as the new one is re-keyed to the Corporation's suite master key. If it cannot be keyed to the master, you must provide the Property Management Office with a duplicate key for use in emergencies.
Where can I buy a remote control for the garage?
Remote controls may be purchased at the Property Management Office.
Where can I buy a perimeter gate key?
Perimeter gate keys may be purchased at the Property Management Office.
