Garage & Roadway
Where can I park my bicycle, and do I need a sticker from management office?
Use the bicycle racks in the P1 garage to park your bicycle. Do not park bicycles outside your front door, on the stairs, or in balconies. Contact the Property Management Office for assistance. We do not have a bike registration system set up so you do not need a sticker.
What is the maximum driving speed for vehicles in the complex roadways?
No vehicle may be driven on the above-ground common element roadway at a rate of speed greater than 10 km/hour; and, when entering, exiting or driving within the underground parking garage, no vehicle may be driven at a rate of speed greater than 10 km/hour.
